To download, select the proper size for your computer monitor.
For PCs, right-click on the size and "Set as Wallpaper" or "Set as Background.
For Mac OSX users, control-click and select "Dowload Image to Disk." Save image to your location of choice (say, Pictures or Desktop). Go to Apple menu > System Preferences. click onto "Desktop & Screen Saver" and set the image for your desktop there.
